The format names are the file extensions for each format (e.g.doc. format - specify the output file format to convert the loaded files to. addfolder - add a folder of files into Doxillion. convert - convert all files loaded into Doxillion. "Options" is where you can issue a series of commands to Doxillion. The Doxillion executable is usually located as "C:\Program Files\NCH Software\Doxillion\Doxillion.exe" This can be used to let other software convert files with Doxillion or to automate batch conversion. Once everything is to your liking, hit Convert. In the bottom bar, you'll find all the options necessary to convert your files - the format, the location and settings for that particular file.
